At Melbourne Grammar School in Australia, Oracle HCM Cloud has made the entire process faster and more efficient. Within 18 months, the school was able to reduce significant overheads by automating recruitment processes. These included screening teacher applications (rather than hiring temporary staff to compile and send out shortlisting packs). This helped to reduce agency costs by US$64,000 and increased the school’s hiring efficiency.
