Venkatash Kovela

President & CEO

Venkat has over 25 years of experience in IT, managing large business units, forming strategic alliances, building customer relationship, and change management and delivery management across multiple industries, business domains, technologies & geographies.

He believes that an organization must always have a sense of purpose and continually invest to stay relevant to its stakeholders, including people, clients, partners, community, and shareholders. His prior experiences include working in entrepreneurial capacities and working for multinational companies including Fujitsu that have enabled him to bring the “can do” spirit into his work in all his assignments.

Venkat has held senior leadership positions at several companies and has been responsible for overseeing the global businesses in Americas, Europe, Middle-East and India, as well as working with customers, sales, and delivery organizations to ensure both customer and employee successes.

Venkat has a proven track record of delivering profitable growth for customers. He has strong customer-orientation, large deal experience, and a track record of delivering transformative digital solutions.

He holds a Chartered Accountant degree (equivalent to CPA) .

Sudhir is a Global Executive with over two decades of professional experience in setting up large scale global operations, driving strategy, transformation and consulting across diverse industries. He is an accomplished industry leader with solid experience in global shared services operations, transformation, quality, project management, and change management in Financial Services, IT, Insurance, Banking, Manufacturing (MedTech and Chemicals), and Consulting industries. Sudhir is poised to drive our operational excellence, strategic initiatives forward and enhance our ability to deliver innovative offerings to our clients, including our new AI suite of solutions.

Kerry has spent the last 30 plus years working with private and public sectors to procure software applications and professional services. He has spent time with both Oracle and Thomson Reuters, selling their cloud applications to agencies and organizations across multiple departments, including, but not limited to, finance, HR and legal. Kerry currently consults in an advisory capacity for FourthSquare, developing its business development and go-to-market strategies. Kerry holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.

For 30 years Joe has been earning customers’ trust working in sales, consulting, delivery, customer success, strategic partnerships, and systems & software management. Joe’s experience provides a 360-degree perspective to drive customer centric digital transformation services utilizing key partner software products from on-premise licenses to IaaS, PaaS and SaaS subscriptions. Joe’s consultative approach guides customers of all sizes from enterprise, midmarket, SMB, and public sector, as well as various industries from manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, retail, education, and state & local to focus on a services led approach to address their immediate digital needs.

Integrity, empathy, hard work, and harmony are Joe’s key principles to building long lasting relationships with customers and partners. Joe believes in the reality that enterprise IT solutions are never easy but by listening, understanding, collaborating, setting proper expectations, working hard, and never giving up, we can succeed.

Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston University. He has worked for, partnered with and sold to notable companies like Oracle, Hitachi, Fujitsu, Dell, Microsoft, VMWare, Wal-Mart, McKesson, McDonalds and the State of Oregon.

Joe is passionate about his family and friends. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, life is full and busy with his four boys and his wife’s daughter and son.

Wendy Harris

As a seasoned CIO in the public sector, Wendy brings a wealth of experience and proven track record as a leader of large organizations, directing IT Project Portfolios, managing Operational and Capital Improvement (CIP) budgets and meeting the goal of providing technological solutions while supporting City employees and Citizens through emerging technologies and process automation.

Wendy has previously worked as the Chief Information Office for the City of Memphis, TN and has held additional roles such Deputy CIO, IT Operations Manager and PMO Director. Wendy is a part of several organizations to include the Greater Memphis IT Council (GMITC) Women in Tech Group, the Society of Information Management (SIM), the University of Memphis Computer Science Advisory Board, the E.Republic Digital Communities Workgroup, the Memphis-Shelby County Schools CCTE Industry Advisory Board, and serves as a board member on the Greater Memphis IT Council.

As a Managing Director, she is heading our Global Delivery Centres and responsible for scaling and optimizing service delivery for our team and operations globally.

She is a business-savvy leader who has led teams of highly-talented IT professionals and successfully managed implementations and support of ERP solutions. She has a passion for building and managing teams that deliver exceptional service. She oversees building high performance teams to align with our service offerings, capabilities, and partnerships to address customers changing business and technology needs, provide direction and strategy to encourage the achievement of company objectives.

Before this, Neha worked for Fujitsu in various technology and management roles and at different global locations.

With a rich background spanning technology, data, PMO, people management, and executive leadership roles, Sanjay has been a catalyst for organizational growth. Over the past 10 years, he has been dedicated to empowering businesses to embrace data-centric strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and sharpening their competitive edge. Santosh brings more than 24 years of experience in IT industry in various technology and leadership roles spanning Cloud Transformation, Enterprise Database & Applications architectures, and Infrastructure. Santosh comes with deep technical expertise in Oracle cloud solutions across various industries including manufacturing, financial, retail, technology and public sector. In his prior roles, primarily at Oracle and Fujitsu, Santosh led numerous teams to execute mid to large size cloud transformation projects successfully.

Santosh is passionate about building highly scalable systems and has created complex enterprise architectures. A visionary leader who helps customers by exploring new possibilities beyond cloud transformation journey.

Santosh believes in the concept of ‘Learn & Improve’ in everything he does at work and in his personal life. Knowledge sharing and transparency are two core work ethics he brings to the table which foster building great teams for collaborating towards a bigger goal of having happy customers for life.

Besides his job, Santosh is passionate about Entrepreneurship and is always willing to empower and motivate people around him. In his free time, he listens to TEDx talks, explores outdoors, and volunteers to help the community. He lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife and two daughters.

Sid comes with more than 18 years of experience in Oracle EPM space. He has significant experience on budgeting and financial planning at various Public Sector clients with many successful project go-lives of end-to-end implementations in EPM. Sid has previously worked for Oracle EPM Cloud product team while as Oracle leading Workforce Planning and Capital Planning modules. He’s had successful implementations of complex solutions on position budgeting and operating budgeting due to his in-depth knowledge of Public sector clients. Sid has earlier worked with AST, Oracle and Infosys as EPM Practice Lead and other roles.

Sid is sports savvy who loves playing Squash, Badminton, Basketball, Table Tennis, Cricket, Carrom and Chess. He likes to go cycling over the weekends with his friends and cherishes spending time with his son and daughter.
